2025-2026 Impact
Scholarships:
- $5,000 was awarded to local high school seniors who are studying visual art, art therapy or art education
- 12 elementary and middle school students were gifted classes to learn technique and express themselves
Scholarships for high school students entering the field of arts education or fine arts are granted annually. Applications are open from January 15 - March 15 annually.
Supplies:
- 1,000 Art to Go kits were distributed to children and youth whose families access local food pantries
- Advocate Health Child Life art therapy programs had their wish lists fulfilled, providing art to children with chronic hospitalization
- Local Art Teachers’ Donors Choose projects were fully funded
Time:
- Board members taught pet portraiture to a girl scout troop who then auctioned them raising funds for the Hinsdale Humane Society
- Board members attended Orr Academy’s Mental Wellness Day supplied a make and take project of go-cups, guiding creativity and self expression
- Board members worked alongside children at Easter Seals to paint a large scale masterpiece auctioned at their annual Gala
